As you may or may not have noticed until today I was trying to mix things up a little bit.
Every post I made on the 24th and yesterday was a nice poem while still containing an on-topic reply.

It started out as a challenge but I noticed that I liked it a lot. If the feeling is mutual I'd like to continue this during other holidays (i.e. Easter).

As a compilation, all poem-posts:

Any feedback would be appreciated.

This is also my 1337th post.

I was a big fan of these, and there was only 1 complaint, so not bad all round really.
I imagine it could get old fast though.

As in old for me or the reader?
I could do that all day (well I did for two).

I wouldn't mind an OT thread giving me like dynamic rules for this.
Specific rhyme scheme, rhythm or a word I need to use.
But I guess one could just write them so they're interesting.

I don't think it would go well,
if I would only poems tell,
every day and every night,
tiring all and starting fights.

On holidays that sounds just fine,
making all the postings shine,
bright and strong with precious rhymes,
giving people real good times.

BTW I wouldn't mind rescue-rangering that accelerator instruction poem from the back of my head.
Might even be useful, I remember a neurologist's outgoing message singing their address.

EDIT2: To improve customer satisfaction and support, which poem was the reported one?

I liked them a lot, made me giggle every time I'd read one.

He probably meant the reader. I guess it depends on how good it is really, eventually you'll get tired of it too, when you want to make a one sentence comment and you end up taking 10 minutes trying to get it to rhyme. For the sake of your own sanity you might want to keep it as a holidays thing.
