My friend looked and u told me to tell him to see if its enbled and he said it is is there any other way he can get my telport to work?

tell him to go into his amx/plugins.ini folder and remove the ; from the ;telemenu.amxx ; teleport menu (Fun Module required!)

Go into your addons/amxmodx/configs folder. Open up "plugins.ini"

Without any custom plugins installed it should look something like this(for CS 1.6)

When a plugin has a ";" in front of it, it means its commented, and AMXX won't read it. SO, take out the ";" from in front of "telemenu.amxx"
