I am on MetaMod Source/Source Mod v1.4 and am running into issue with it targeting the first player listed in status.

Yeah...i found that issue a few times too. I changed how it targets and am testing it out on my server soon. I will post the new version soon as long as there are no bugs.

I noticed errors with this plugin when the player you wanted to slap left after you issued the command sm_spank2 playername... so... I updated it a bit.

Version 1.3
* Fixed targeting for if a client leaves
* Added translation file needed for FindTarget
* Removed unneeded clientname and playername strings and replaced with %N in PrintToChatAll
* Adjusted to only play sound to those players currently on Terrorist or CT team (spectators will not hear the sound)
* Removed the creation of 8 timers and implemented a repeating timer that stops once 8 slaps is achieved and implemented a Handle for the timer

Download the needed sound file from the OP.

Hello, I'm trying to put this into my CS:S server but some weird reason.. I put the sound in sound/misc but it keeps saying "Failed to load sound "misc\bendover.wav", file probably missing from disk/repository"
and i have no clue.. Lately i have been having trouble with sound folder throughout the whole day.

make sure your whitelist file is updated... remember, if you had a whitelist file and didn't copy it over from the orangebox folder, you'll have to do that

Anyways, add the following to your css/hl2/pure_server_whitelist.txt file:

sound\misc\... allow_from_disk

For some reason anytime i add a new sound or any folder it always has me re-download the same sound.wav file over and over when map changes or I re-connect but its still saying the same thing.

Here's an updated version... 1.4

I saw an error regarding this plugin and went through it and fixed a few things...

Code:
1.4
	* Fixed error with target ([SM] Plugin encountered error 15: Array index is out of bounds)
	* Fixed error with Precache, now sound will work correctly.
	* Changed from client command for playing sound to using Emit sound (plays sound to player and nearby players will also hear the sound)
	- Removed the precache of the fallpain wav files (not needed, I think...)
