And for the lazy, here's the 1.5 pack and the above website combined. From the website above, there were some files I didn't include, because:

1. They were newer, but had less spawn points (and were completely different than the older file). I'd rather use a set that I know works.
2. Some had very few points (less than 6), and a few were blank.
3. Some were in an old form and I got rid of em. Those are

de_cevo_concrete2_spawns.cfg
de_cpl_bomb2_spawns.cfg
de_cpl_tdm_spawns.cfg
de_forge_new_spawns.cfg

Also:
1. I went through and deleted most of the blank lines in the files
2. I went through and formatted the txt files properly (some were obviously edited in Word)
3. There were a few from the 1.5 pack that were replaced. Some of them on that website are only 2 months old.
