Hi everyone,

First I would like to say to all of you here that you're doing an amazing job!

I recently reinstalled Metamod:Source & SourceMode on my l4d server after the last DLC (on October 5th) to be able to run rotoblin.
I used this releases from the infos I read here

So it works fine for roto.
My question is how may I had a "right" for anyone on the server.
As I setup rotoblin I would like anyone to be able to launch the cfg file.
I searched here and I may saw the answer but I'm too noob in setting up plugins to noticed it.

So basically I would like to allow everyone executing a cfg file. I believe I've to use sm_execcfg somewhere but I'm lost.
I also saw in the past a chat trigger to launch the rotoblin, (!rotoblin) if anyone had a clue about it would be really usefull!

No one know how to give a admin flag for everyone, in admin_simple.ini for example?
such as "STEAM_*" "abc" or "*" "abc"
