Just open your MOTD.txt and tweak it out.
You can use HTML in 1.6 CS
You can not use HTML in 1.5 CS

I can make you a simple one with a picture if you really need it , but that is only if you are making a 1.6 server , I know some HTML

Can I disable the standard modt? We first had our modt with HTML in our cstrike-folder but after I installed AMX X we get the standard welcome modt from AMX X! Just between choosing the team (CT,T) and the models! That's strange. Can we change that?

You just save it in the Cstrike folder as Motd.txt , that's all you have to do. I don't think this has changed. Amxx is only different in things it can do not where your files are before Amxx directories but in Amxx directories.

I would take out all this junk tho

<meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="en-us">
<meta name="GENERATOR" content="Microsoft FrontPage 6.0">
<meta name="ProgId" content="FrontPage.Editor.Document">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1252">

There is a limit on how many Chars you can use so why waste them on that, no need for it.

ok well i reinstalled amxmodX because of some bot related problems, had to go back to a backup copy

now I get the MOTD I use to use. the one i showed you.

but I would like to have a combination of the two

do you know how the posted motd worked? so I would be able to incorporate it into my current one?
