I have a problem. it gags in seconds even if i change the cvar

I'm see first page with gagged players, but i'm need see page where i can give gag users.

When i use amx_gagmenu a'm see in first menu only players with gag, but need when i type amx_gagmenu in first menu see active players. Need change gagged 1-st page with menu key 8. Need 1-st page when i type amx_gagmenu all active players,flags , and time for GAG. and then when press key 8 need see GAGGED players. How i can do that?

And this plugin have two option key 7. but this i'm fix for me.

Edit: Seems to work fine now. No idea what happened. Anyways the first menu is to ungag and next is to gag.
