I can so I can unlimit clip like admin, that if you give a player unlimit clip to have it always when you enter the server. and the rest to buy it with ammo packs.?

Any idea how could i make, for example, unlimited ammo but WITH reload. When i run out of ammo, the weapon will have to reload but will still have unlimited ammo in backup.
