The problem was that he had an extremely outdated version of CS1.6.

You could creat a other command will be in color, as 'neeed backup' etc.

never mind
it was because of zbot (ok, illegal and stuff

i know) incompatibilities
just disabled zbot and all worked fine

BTW, if anyone have a good grenade specific sounds like "flashbang!", "somoke!", etc, you may upload it and maybe i'll add sound support sometimes...
