There are few parts of the code don't need to be there.
For example:
- You don't need CanExplode, just check with WpnMode instead
- USP already have SecondaryAttack, you could just hook it to change mode instead of checking it at PostFrame (which it check 30~60 or even more times every second)

And about post:
- No image, no info, no sma or resource uploaded
- it is ok to link to Github but it is still better to upload direct to the site (archvie it as zip to upload since they don't allow rar here)
- Category: Admin Commands (wrong Category)

P/S: Also, Balrog series have been done to dead for a decade now with many version from many coder. From what I see, the plugin is nearly identical Dias code with few change or removed. It might not be approved
