^SmileY please try to add one cvar to minimum of the players to Pug stop.
Because have many people not play the match until the end.
If the match are in 5x4 players continue the match and wait for one more player leave if the team have 3 players the pug wait one or two rounds and if in two rounds anyone connects the pug stop.
Add one cvar like pug_LiveMinPlayers "8" and if the match are live and the server only have 7 players the Pug stop.

Its automatically changed based on team / players, like:

In case a 5 vs 5 (pug_minplayers 10), if the server miss a 2 player (and will count only with 3 teammates), the server is restarted until next round (If not any player join in this team).
