Wow. Lots of unrelated errors with multiple plugins....

I would start by focusing on the Script execution timeout error. See the error above? Script execution timed out. That is because SourceMod will terminate plugins that take too long to load. You can tell SourceMod to allow more time for plugins to load by editing the /tf/addons/sourcemod/configs/core.cfg file. Look for the entry labeled

Consider changing it to a higher number, like "60". Restart your server. If the error still persists try adding more time with a number like "90".

Is the giveweapon command working at all? Is it working for regular stock weapons? Is it working for all weapons except Valve weapons? What does the console say when you type: sm_cvar tf2items_valveweapons It should respond with: "1337"

1. Make sure tf2items_giveweapon is actually running.
2. Try to give yourself a rocketlauncher with the command: !giveweapon @me 18

If that doesn't work you need to ensure TF2items is running AND TF2items_giveweapon is running.
