i tryd vps with 2vcore and 2ram but the fast dl to slow someone told me that the vps is to weak

Kimsufi. It's DDoS protected and owned by OVH. "unlimited" monthly bandwidth iirc and disk space is very cheap.
Just install a fast web server like nginx and configure caching, should be good to go.
