Someone told me this forum can help me!

or
i don't know where to go in this forum exactly!

Hello, first things first. Please read the rules https://forums.alliedmods.net/misc.php?do=showrules, i`m talking about having a descriptive thread name.
now back to topic. You can find a tutorial on writing you first plugin here: https://wiki.alliedmods.net/Intro_to...od_X_Scripting
and all the functions are here: https://www.amxmodx.org/api/
If you have questions on how to do certain things, post in scripting help sub-forum.

The first rule should be to search. Especially in the Code Snippets/Tutorials and Scripting Help forums before posting a question. An enormous amount of information can be found in these posts. It's amazing how many people don't spend much, if any, time searching.
