I like config my own csgo server more later a gmod server, can you helpme?

I have installed sourcemod and metamod, i need now config the content.
I have installed noblock.

I have installed sm_hosties2 for a jailbreak server.

I have very errors, the time of the rounds are 3 minutes, the maps have bots, the rounds to win are only 7.

I had a css server, but in csgo i have very confusion with gamemodes, gametypes, gamemode_server.txt, etc.

More later i like add custom skins to vips, admins, and players.
and config the bhop, football of the jails, etc.

First learn how csgo works bassed in configs then install all your things of mods. Go slow, all is in the internet and for what you are asking for is actually in the valve web, google it.

If you need help with mods and things like that you can post in the "Sourcemod - Scripting"
