I have a version of sourcemod 6265, PtAh never stood at all, still crashes with this error: ./ srcds_run: line 344: 9102 Segmentation fault $ HL_CMD

Everythink seems working again.

Also I also use plugins like; ws,knife and gloves.

Updated to lastest versions and everything works except one thing.. Map triggers suddenly stops working. For example jumping rope on Jailbreak maps. Rope just hits player, not even hurting them.
When i restart server, everything works fine and then just after some time, triggers do not work again. Like if there was no touch event or something like that.
