if you try get into screenshot folder there problem:
1. you dont know where the user install the steam
2. for each user valve give "ActiveUser" (like id) so we need to get this value
3. after we get the ActiveUser value we need to convert the string-number from hexadecimal base to decimal.

so this code sovle and do the problems~

If this is a legitimate useful tool then I would provide much more information about what it is & how it works, how to install it, commands, etc. You also posted in the wrong place, I am going to move to Code Snippets/Tutorials since I think it's more fitting than scripting help.

2. here - how get steamPath location + how to get ActiveUser from valve its part of my new version 1.1

I don't want to act like a smart-ass, but don't you realize this won't work for all players? Fysiks already told you it's only a client-side program - not related to AMXX at all. If you want to make something useful for the community, please, start by learning English first - like, what's even the meaning of "found Steam location+ActiveUser"? Not to mention viruses you have recently posted...
