Description:

HE grenade fly in a straight line until does not strike any player.
RicoNade bounces off objects and walls.

Commands:

sm_riconade - does nothing, riconade works only for those players who have access to this command.

It's just a HE grenade without gravity and duration, explodes on contact with the player

Use CheckCommandAccess so server admins can define their own flag using overrides. Maybe a CVar to control how many they can use per map/round, setting to 0 (or -1) would be unlimited or something.
