I want to make a plugin like
when a admin login a message comes in chat box
Administrator Login (admin name) is an administrator

This is very basic, but it should do what you want.

Basically, once the login authorization checks are finished, it checks to see if the user is an admin and has the Generic Admin flag.

There's a lot of room for improvement here, as it doesn't support translations.
