Hello, I'm about to compile my plugin for Linux/FreeBSD but I have a couple of questions...

On Valve's webpage for Compiling your Mod under Linux (http://www.valve-erc.com/srcsdk/linux_compiling.html) the following requirements listed:

- GCC 3.4.1
- Xerces XML parser 2.6.0
- GLIBC 2.3.2

Now, since FreeBSD isn't too happy about Glibc, what can I use instead, and what version?

Cheers for any help,
/Chris

First, I am not sure if FreeBSD is exactly compatibility (I am noob), however, I suggest you get JTP's wonderful and awesome makefile:
and adapt it as necessary/you see fit.

Second, I would try to help you with GLIBC, however, I am still learning as I go, and I barely understand the dependencies that go along with GLIBC and the like.
