Hi, my server is crashing when anyone attempts to shoot a "teammate" (they're bots) with FFA enabled. Could this have anything to do with the update?

Here's the error, the box closes immediately after:


Note: I'm pretty sure this particular instance happened when a bot attacked one of its teammate bots.

What os? I didnt bother looking into FFA since it takes a lot of effort.

I can confirm FFA mode crashes a server running CSSDM. I run a Windows 2008 CSSDM Server. If I enable FFA in the CSSDM.cfg file, mine crashes before I can even join with a total of 9 bots in the server. Without FFA enabled, it works perfectly. I don't believe it's because the bots are actually shooting each other. I don't think they know how to teamkill under FFA, but I could be wrong. But I am certain that FFA being enabled is definately cause of the crashes. Without FFA enabled, my server never crashes.

I'm running MetaMod: Source 1.87 and tried running the latest SourceMod snapshop 1.4.3-dev-3480 with no luck either.

Looks like something's still hosed.

Why Valve does not give us an option to setup DM server? It is such a good game type...

Valve has no incentive to do that on an old game like this. Other than rare updates, CSS is dead to them and they are focusing their efforts on new games like CS:GO. Valve effectively killed the CS:S game we all came to love with the Orange Box update a couple years ago. It's never been the same. They know it and have abandoned any efforts to resolve the random shots accuracy bugs that now plague the game. Anyway, this is horribly off topic and would be better discussed elsewhere..

I'm sorry, I'm a noob, but I put this file Dr!fter made in cfg/cssdm? Also, while we're at it maybe, do I have to edit the server.cfg file to run cssdm? Thank you so much!
