Hello. Well I'm new here, so sorry for bad forum corner if it's bad .
Okay, I need some help. I creating a public counter-strike 1.6 server on VPS. So I need a good public server system. Well I have all amxmodx, etc, but i need a suggestion for server.cfg, for BUY VIP plans, etc. If someone have some suggestions or ideas, please help me with that .

well okay.. amm maybe someone know how to do that? every X minutes in chat server says smth text with green color or etc.

There are several plugins that does what you, so try searching the forum.

Or learn to write your own plugins (the option I opted into doing, rather than rely on/mooch off of others for everything. Worked well so far.).

what do u mean by this ?

for example: when u "say hello" in chat comes "hello" so what i need - plugin which automaticaly every ammm 10 minutes doing that "say if you need some information, use /help". and i need that chat should be in other color.
