Ok. Here it goes with one cvar for disabling all (hint_all). Set it to 1 and restart the map. Please some confirm me it works because i can't test it now, so i can put it in the main post.

i just got one question how this plugin got approval? how can you reduce one thing that makes any traffic to server with a plugin? maybe im wrong but i think those messages werent making more traffic than a plugin

What are you taking about? The approval has nothing to do with such comments. The plugin is well coded and do its job as the description says. Yes, by blocking this message it avoids to be sent to the clients thus reducing the network traffic. The less you get messages, the better.
