Need help installing ccc [tf2]

Hey someone add me on steam to help me install Custom Chat Colours Ive tried multiple times and even my server host tried can someone and install it
here is my steam add me and we can talk PLEASE I NEED HELP

Simple installation:
1. Install SCP.
2. Download chatcolors.zip and open it with WinRAR or 7-Zip
3. Upload ALL files & folders (all content) from chatcolors.zip to your server (addons/sourcemod)
4. Restart/reload/reboot your server and it should work.
