there is such a plugin (in the attachment), I would like to add a console admin command to turn off the black screen so that you can follow the cheaters.
I added a command via RegAdminCmd, but further out of inexperience I don’t know how to disable it. black screen for admins ?!

In this attach, I tried to do something, but something does not work out, plus I lack experience in such a thing as SourcePawn.
