[CSGO] Plugin to fix map textures?

After the new CSGO update it has broken some maps. I don't believe valve is going to fix this one so really hoping for a fix here (that will benefit all surf servers on CSGO). Here's a screenshot describing the issue better

I don't think we can fix them, only the map creators can do that.

I think you must edit the map with source sdk

Recent update fixed this. Applause to valve once again

Files in so called "root" folders (models, materials, sound) have never work correctly after map changes (happens in other games also).
- Map developers should create or use at least one subfolder
