I looked on www.amxmod.net and find
MySQL Ban Management

the plugin is to old that I cant just complie the .sma file

Im not so good at scripting so I would be grateful if someone could make this awable to amxx

Have you looked at AMXBans written by YoMama?

After a brief look at the plugin you mentioned for AMX, I'd say AMXBans has more power.

yes I have but Im having some problems whit it
the only thing I need is that the bans is stored in a sql database so that temp bans are also stored
HLserver dont save temp bans if you restart the server, and amxbans is a bit "big" for me, i dont need all the stuffs like webbased ban system and so on.

Then just don't use it? =\

AMXbans is what you want, no one is forcing you to use the php web stuff. Just use it to store bans on a mysql database. =\
