Who can create/start Cs 1.6 server on linux VPS for money

Hello everyone.I,m looking for person who can create CS 1.6 (Linux) Server on my VPS and install it!

Server mode will be Surf so i need few plugins to be installed!

* Team Semiclip - CT And T ability to pass through
* Surf_ski_2 Map NO Jail!
* Surf_ski_2 Mario, Gunroom plugin ( You cant kill in mario ,gun room and you cant stay more then 15/30 seconds here )
* Bad camper - Anti camper System
* 7 Seconds Spawn protection
* AFK kicker- Kicking players after 90seconds.

Literally reading a tutorial on how to install plugins takes less time than writing this thread. Not to mention waiting for someone to actually respond.
