How do I add a banner to see the players when downloading something?

STEAM -> CANNOT BE DONE

NON-STEAM -> NO SUPPORT HERE

Sorry, I researched and saw that there was no support for the topics that I read!

AlliedMods.net has one simple rules for this:

NO STEAM = NO SUPPORT

First of all, it cannot be done with Steam, second, NON-Steam = No support

By "non-steam" do you mean standalone dedicated servers created using Valve's HLDSupdatetool?

NON-STEAM = EVERYTHING THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH STEAM!!!
