PacMan Error(Deleted the heros files and plugin.ini entry)

I had downloaded pacman cuz i thought it woudl be cool i mean what other hero has exploding bullets for a m4a1? Well it got annoying and i decided to take it off. Well now, the effect of the hero is available to anyone even people with no lvl at all. I am positive i got rid of PacMan cuz i spot checked Examples and PLugins and the plugins.ini. Someone please help me it is lagging my server A LOT! ty

anyways did you try removing pacman from your shconfig file?

amx plugins

in server console, if pacman isn't loaded it isn't doing it, its being caused by some other plugin. If its loaded, check your plugins.ini

thanx guys but i ended up solving the problem by getting rid of amx and just using amx mod x.
