Is there a way to disable the /voteknifesonly becuase clients come in my server and vote it till they get it their way, and someitmes ppl come in and vote like 5 minutes after we have voted, i want it so only amx_knifesonly works, and so clients can't say /voteknifesonly...is this possible?

you need to have LogD, to do this. but i dont know where to put the LogD in the server. can you help me?
