That's a hardcoded thing, it is possible to have it linked to a cvar, but that's a little tricky sometimes

I've got a little problem, Sentry Buster isn't loading, it says that he can't find betherobot.smx, but there is betherobot.smx, I unloaded, reloaded, loaded it, no changes, I'm not sure about the problem but it worked well before... Meh, it's maybe sourcemod. Or not.
EDIT: Fixed, sdkhooks wasn't loaded, don't ask why and how, I dunno.

Sentry buster requires another smx
betherobotsentrybuster.smx
