People started using 35 for unallowed support, dproto. It seems some cs non-steam versions has steam id or valve id or whatever it is. And are long numbers for dont match with existing steam ids.
I want to note that this isnt my intention do advertise dproto stuff, delete my post if i shouldnt have said this.

So, if you use 35 cells to store a SteamID you are supporting non-steam? That's ridiculous.
