sm_deadtalk is a unknown command with new version

Hi Ferret,

Hows about having the llama option like in old style AMX-Mod/Admin-mod, where when gaged the player says bleeeat!,Brawwrr and Ooorgle, while playing the following three sound files:

anyway you can make it a command. Im not sure how to let my admins use it other than sm_cvar and I dont necessarily want the people who are allowed to have deadtalk be allowed to do cvars. Also I cant get sm_deadtalk to work with Super Menu

Is there a way I can permanently restrict someone from using the voice chat?
Like when he joines, is there another plugin that will automatically exec sm_mute player?
And can I do it with steamid's?

I agree, would be awsome with a database or some other type of storage so a gagged player never again will be able to speak unless he is un-gagged. So it wont mather if he join 5 minutes, 2 weeks or 1 year later, still gagged.

Nice plugin, but not usable without the client steamid variable to mute or un-mute a player, problem when 2 players are using the same name.
Definitly need the steamid as a target for an advanced use as a perm mute database.

Yep, silenced a user and he simply reconnected and continued blathering crap on mic. We really just wanted to silence him, but it is so easy to get around...

So, would love a fix that 'remembers' their steam ID and keeps the silence going too.
