Well it just used a motd window and besides its C++.
Any Html capable mod can use the web2messsenger service(i'm not gonna promote it in public).

Ya it wouldnt be an idea without StevnJ9971 but i made some good sugestions

but like 99% of the credit is his, as you can tell ive done alot for this idea but its his idea so he gets the credit, and i dont mind this but thanks and Ya it is a Super-Idea!
