for some reason my hl2dm server crashes and this is the console log im getting. im not sure how it would be fixed or whats causing it.

This is just the console giving you a crash report, you can put -debug in your command line to try and get more info.
Try disabling your plugins one by one and seeing if any of them are the cause to narrow it down.
If not a plugin, could be a map or a bad server installation.
