I dont want to sound retarded, but could you help us a bit farther with this mod?

This mod is awesome. I've been waiting a very long time for it. I need help when a person comes to the server, the skins for CT, T, & hostages can be forced download & enforced.

Any idea how I can enforce a change in the hostage skins? This comes in handy with our zombie mods and hostage mods.

Uhm i added the sounds from the Quakemod:Source,
and it keeps downloading them every time, a mapchange happens.
Also, the files dont get saved in the sound folder on the PC that connects to the server - its a counterstrike source server. I really need Help... i changed sv_pure to 1 and set up a whitelit, nothing changed, so i set sv_pure back to 0.

Now i enabled Fastdownload, and put the files on a webspace - now it works, why is it that way ??
