Hi guys i have ide but dont think its possible but i will try to explain it. I have some streamar on my server and if someone that i want to se on my server thats hes stream is live i want it to say in the chat this guy is stream hes URL and join us if you dont understand me i can write it vetter for you in the replays THX for that guy that will try to help me and help me

I'm pretty sure this is possible since twitch has a lovely api. Who will do it? That's the question. ;)

You also don't have to link your steam account to the twitch account, so unless the streamer does then then it's more of a rabbit hole figuring out if they are streaming.
