[FF2] Help for a friend

A friend wanted me to help him with a hale, I am helping him but I am having I hard time how to apply the textures on to the model
Any help?

Well...your errors:
1. You was not changed in .vmt files paths
2. I see in model too
3. And you forget .vmt file for his head

My freind set the files out like that and so I didn't notice the errors
He is new to FF2 boss making, and I am fairly new too
