Hi,

since few months, im editing the plugin basetriggers, because, player can (with console player) spam with a bind "ff"

So, when you type !ff on chat server, or "ff" in console player, server show "Friendly Fire is disable/enable"

And there is no limit spam, restriction with console.

So, every new update sourcemod, I have to edit the plugin and add "//" in this line ShowFriendlyFire(client);

Then, server doesn't show anymore the text and no one can spam.

So, is it possible to add a cfg to disable this command or something else to prevent this problem (for the next update maybe ^^)

The public display is controlled by sm_trigger_show, and was disabled by default many months ago.

Welll

I checked, sm_trigger_show 1 is set by default atm, and if I turn it to 0 to try, but What's the difference ?

Btw, I can't understand, why we can't add something to block that from client console or block spam ?
I mean, you can visit 95% of servers in csgo atm (which using SM) and spam ff in your console, its annoying.

By setting sm_trigger_show to 0 only the player who executed the ff command will see the result, instead of the entire server.

If you want to block console spam you can use SMAC's anti-command spam.

ah ok ok its better if only player can see the message. So, its solved
