Always redirect to main server if it's not full

I have two servers running the same plugins and I only want to let players play in the secondary server if the main one isn't full. So, if they connect and the main server isn't full they are automatically redirected to it.
xRedirect is capable of redirecting players from the main server to the secondary one when the server is full, but it isn't capable of blocking access to the secondary server when the main one isn't full, so if there's anyone willing to do that, I'd be grateful.

Have you checked all xredirect cvars? Isn't there one that solves the problem?

I don't think so. If I set redirect_auto 3 and only let it redirect to the main server, if it is full, it will disconnect the client instead of letting him connect to the secondary. But maybe I can edit xredirect to set up that. I'll give it a try.

EDIT: The main server is crashing when full and I don't know why...

I set redirect_auto 3 in the secondary server and redirect_auto 1 in the main one. I disabled the player kick function in case no server is found with empty slots.
However, the main server is crashing when full.
