It just complains that monster mod is not running and you can therefor not use skeletor. Delete the hero as it doesn't do anything.

I deleted him anyway mate, deleted aquaman, human torch, magneto, hulk, bomberman, all the ones I don't like, time to build it up again and make the perfect server, thanks for all your help and patience, I finally got there

Just a sidenote incase you didn't know, you gotta place the models in cstrike\models\shmod or they will not work. Just sayin', as it is complaining about that too.

You are not running AMX Mod X 1.8.0 or higher which is required by SH 1.2.0 and up. Use server console command "meta list" and "amxx modules" to verify everything updated properly.

Be sure to turn off your server when you upload new amxx modules.
