You can't. Amxmodx is server side, not client side.

Is there a way to replace smokes all together? Like actually replace smokes and put in something custom possibly?

Would be nice to just replace smoke in game with something very thick. Something thick enough that you can't even see through while 16 bitting. Then instead of having the smoke slowly fade off, have it stay it's normal amount of time but stay full thickness and fade out at the end very quickly like under a second so 16 bitters don't have an advantage.

Does anyone know if there is any option or client that can force ppl to use 32-bit in a cs server either as plugin, force cvars ? or server/client side based ?
