So, for a little while now, I've been working on a little something so far, and the results are this;


Yes, those are indeed my own survivor's legs in first person view.

However, I've run into a key problem that I cannot for the life of me find a solution to.

The m_nSequence netprop does not animate legs for survivors, this can be verified with hl2 model viewer, any moving sequence only actually moves the main body, the legs are always static (with the exception of a very minimal number of sequences)

However, in sequences that DO move the legs an AE_FOOTSTEP event is mentioned, like so


As seen above, the Death Animations mention a AE_FOOTSTEP_LEFT

Does anyone have any ideas at all as to how this issue can be resolved?
