I think WAN IP is a terrible name (as opposed to Internet IP), but a Wide Area Network IP would be one that's addressable by a network that's not your Local Area Network.

Having said that, large universities tend to have WANs to link multiple campuses together that don't use Internet-addressable IPs, which is why I think WAN IP is a terrible name.

When I refer to WAN IP, I'm trying to say is an IP with Internet access, not an internal IP, for example the range 192.168.xxx.xxx

The firewall is properly configured.

I keep seeing the legend:

mode MP, dedicated No, ports 27036 SV / 27006 CL

We re installing the server, not to do.
