hi can any1 help me i found the users.ini file but dont know how to add myslef as an admin... any help please?

for listen it is countestrike folder for dedicated it is dedicated server folder or where you installed hlds

hi im a noob at all this server stuff and all i wanna do is set up a basic sh server, ive down loaded the cstrike think and the installer thing saved them in the steam place but ive tried serching and i cant find it i just want to know how 2 make my self admin and how 2 put the sh mod onto my dedicated server, soz 4 b'in a pain
