welp, you're right. There was a problem with my implementation, metamod plugins are actually not reloaded on server_cmd restart

I guess restart is just a changelevel to the server's current map then, isn't it?


I will just notify users that they need to restart their servers then, there's no safe way of doing this and I won't risk crashing the server, people with no auto-restart will suffer from this

A decent host should propose an option to restart HLDS on daily basis, and choosing at what time hlds should be shutdown and restarted. You usually have always a specific time where there is no one on the server, and admin can anyway use some plugin to notice players if really needed.

Are you talking about Client ? I just tried on HLDS and the cmd just crashed server.

Apparently you can send commands in the server like:
restart in 10 9, 8 sec.
But for sure, you cant call the restart from amxmodx properly.
