happens to two of my servers

I thought at first that it would show after a day or two of creating them on my VDS. But it's been like a month and they don't show up on the Internet Tab list.

I have this set.
sv_region 0
sv_lan 0

I'm not sure what you mean by check ports.
I'm able to add them to favorites and see them there.
But searching for them in internet tab list, nothing works.
I've cleared all filters, and tried with different locations to no avail.
If there's anything else I need to add that might give you guys more information let me know.

it's normal to see local servers in favorites, because of their LAN IP.

I know exactly what port forwarding means, but when someone says to check ports, I just thought he might've meant something else I needed to check.

Ports on the servers are 27015. My servers are being hosted through NFO on a Managed Linux VDS.
I've set the Firewalls to accept all TCP/UDP through port 27015

Since it is Managed, what does NFO say about the problem?

NFO says they can't tell unless the IPs were blacklisted by Valve which doesn't make any sense because they are fresh installs. Other than that, they tried contacting Valve with no reply.

If it helps any. It does state whenever i restart the servers:

Connection to Steam servers successful
VAC secure mode is activated.

Is "version : 48/1.1.2.6/Stdio 5787 secure (10)" the latest version out there right now? If so, is anyone else having this issue with that same version?

Anyone think downgrading might be an option?
