No, because then the in-game chat this message will be spammed while the player is talking.

I mean this.
Do for example, when the player turn on the microphone, a (one) message appeared about it and that's it (so that there are no messages about it while he is speaking), when the player turn off the microphone, a message appeared about it.

Does not work correctly.
For example, if l4d2_voiceviewer_limit", "30", l4d2_voiceviewer_reset", "30" is set, then the microphone turn off after 15 seconds and turn on after 15 seconds.

When the player microphone is blocked (l4d2_voiceviewer_reset", "30") and the player turn on the microphone, a message about this appears in the chat (Player1 is talking) and if turned off, there is also a message about this (Player1 stopped talking) when his microphone is blocked.

Is it possible to make (when the player1 microphone is blocked) so that when player1 try turns on the microphone, it showed him how much time is left until the microphone is unlocked?

This is not fixed.

I understood.This is my mistake when I copied the line so as not to bother with the translation, but it was on this line that I just forgot to change from en to ru
