I have a csgo server, all working fine on normal maps like dust2, inferno etc I want to put awp maps but my map is disappear from server, work fine one time, on restart is disappearing

Set fastdownload and this cvars in server.cfg:
sv_allowdownload "0"
sv_allowupload "0"
Correct fastdownload set: sv_downloadurl "http://fastdl.com"
Incorrect fastdownload set: sv_downloadurl "http://fastdl.com/" so be careful.

Incorrect? Both of them has been working fine for years in several games.

The server will automatically append a / after, so adding one in creates a double /.
http://fastdl.com/ becomes http://fastdl.com// when a client downloads a file.
Both work and I haven't seen problems from using either.
Just that, one could argue it's incorrect if you believe double slashes is an invalid output.

Problem solved, was a bug on maplist plugin, but still custom maps dont work...can join on server...error said i can play only on LAN, but normal maps work normal....

It depends on the server. Most web servers will collapse // to /, but it is NOT required by the HTTP standard.
